We are looking to add a full time CSR (customer service representative) to our team!
A CSR is the first face of our company, greeting customers and answering incoming calls. You will also work closely with our general manager in assisting with updating customers & vendors, helping with communication throughout the repair facility, data inputting, and scheduling. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who is a fan of multitasking and problem solving!
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
Skills:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Education:
High school degree
